Studium ZnK 500 (acidic)

Efficient, environmentally friendly galvanizing process based on highly concentrated water-based additives. Can be used up to 55°C. Consumption of additives below 1 liter /10 kAh.

Studium ZnK 400 (acidic)

A highly efficient process designed for particularly harsh conditions. Consumption of additives below 1 liter /10 kAh.

Studium ZnK 300 (acidic)

A standard process based on proven solutions.

Studium ZnA 100 (alkaline)

An efficient, environmentally friendly process for alkaline galvanizing with high current efficiency and excellent thickness distribution over the entire range of applied current densities. The Studium ZnA 100 process is highly resistant to contamination resulting from poor pretreatment.

We also offer zinc and alkaline bath additives that improve work at high current densities, eliminate the effects of organic contaminants, activate the surface before passivation and oxidize iron.
