Studium Pastri Nano

Studium Pastri Nano is an inorganic, nanostructured and chromium VI free reinforcement for our thick layer passivations, for repeated improvement of corrosion protection (up to 500 hours SST).  Thanks to Pastri Nano, passivated layers are particularly resistant to mechanical damage.

Studium Nano and Nano Plus sealings

An inorganic additive that acts as a sealer and is added to the last scrubber before drying. The process serves as a sub-layer to improve adhesion before powder coating. It improves corrosion resistance by adsorption of nanoparticles on the passivation surface. The nanosealing changes the conductivity and thickness of the passivation coating. The coating meets the requirements of the automotive and electrical industry for chromium-free conversion layers.
